Michelle Lester, LCSW

A Supportive Virtual Space for Healing, Growth, and Change

If you’re here, you may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about your next step. Many people come to therapy during moments of transition — when life feels heavy, relationships feel strained, or emotional challenges begin to interfere with daily life. You don’t have to navigate that alone.

How I Help

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life stress, and emotional challenges who are seeking clarity, balance, and healing. My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered — meaning we work together to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and identify tools that support your emotional well-being.

Telehealth therapy with me is not about judgment or quick fixes. It’s about creating a safe, nurturing environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow at your own pace.

My Approach

I believe telehealth therapy should feel both supportive and practical. Sessions are tailored to your unique experiences, background, and goals. Together, we explore emotional patterns, build coping strategies, and strengthen resilience so you can move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding.

Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or simply want to better understand yourself, therapy offers an opportunity to reconnect with what matters most to you.

About Michelle

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and experience supporting adults through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and personal growth.

My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect. I am committed to providing ethical, culturally responsive care in a supportive environment where clients feel safe, heard, and valued. I believe meaningful change happens when individuals are given the space, tools, and encouragement to explore their experiences and build emotional strength at their own pace.

Let’s Take the Next Step Together

Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, but it’s also a powerful step toward healing and change. If you’re ready to explore therapy or have questions about getting started, I welcome you to connect.
